This patient sought to brighten the upper face and restore a more rested expression through upper blepharoplasty and a brow lift. Upper eyelid surgery removed excess skin that contributed to a heavy, tired appearance, while the brow lift restored the brows to a more youthful position and further softened heaviness around the eyes.
