This patient sought treatment for noticeable breast asymmetry, with differences in both size and position creating an uneven silhouette. A personalized surgical plan combined Motiva Ergonomix implants with a breast lift (mastopexy), tailoring both implant selection and lift technique to the unique needs of each breast. By restoring volume where needed and elevating the lower breast into better alignment, the procedure created a more balanced, proportional appearance.
